Hakkımda

Ben Klinik Psikolog Ecem Çelik; ruh sağlığı alanındaki lisans ve klinik psikoloji yüksek lisans eğitimlerimi, farklı kurum ve danışan gruplarıyla edindiğim süpervizyonlu klinik deneyimlerle birleştiriyorum. Çalışmalarımda bilimsel temelli, kanıta dayalı terapi yöntemlerini (özellikle bilişsel davranışçı ve bütüncül yaklaşımlar) kullanıyor; her danışanın yaşam öyküsünü, ihtiyaçlarını ve hızını merkeze alan, yargılamayan bir terapötik ortam sunmaya özen gösteriyorum. Ergen ve yetişkin bireylerle; duygu durum sorunları, kaygı ve panik belirtileri, travma sonrası tepkiler, ilişki ve iletişim güçlükleri, özgüven problemleri, yaşam geçişleri ve stresle baş etme alanlarında çalışıyorum. Gebze (Kocaeli) ve Tuzla’da yüz yüze, bunun yanı sıra Türkiye’nin her yerinden çevrim içi terapi imkânı sunarak, psikolojik desteğe erişimin mümkün olduğunca kolay ve güvenli olmasını hedefliyorum.
